TSMC Chairman Dr. C.C. Wei confirmed the company’s enthusiasm for manufacturing in America, saying they were “delighted to welcome U.S. Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick to TSMC Arizona, the largest single foreign direct investment in U.S. history.”
