Hillary Clinton's fingerprints showed up in a secret FBI room filled with evidence someone tried to destroy.
James Comey claimed he never heard about it when Congress asked him under oath.
But FBI Director Kash Patel just uncovered proof that could send the former FBI chief to prison.
FBI discovers burn bags stuffed with Russia hoax evidence
The FBI launched a criminal investigation after agents discovered classified documents about the Trump-Russia investigation hidden in burn bags inside a secret room at bureau headquarters.¹
The documents were found in Room 9582, a secure facility at FBI headquarters that access logs showed had been dormant for years.²
Then something changed during Trump's inauguration weekend in January 2025.
Access to the room suddenly spiked between January 19-22, 2025, right as Biden's team was packing up to leave Washington.³
Investigators found five bags scattered across the floor, each one crammed with classified documents about Crossfire Hurricane — the FBI's bogus investigation into Trump's 2016 campaign.⁴
The bags held hundreds of pages, including the classified appendix to Special Counsel John Durham's report and files from the FBI's Mar-a-Lago raid.⁵
Burn bags get used when agencies want to incinerate classified materials.
Someone intended these files to disappear forever.
Comey's handwritten notes contradict his sworn testimony
The real bombshell came from what else investigators found in that locked room.
Inside a safe sat handwritten notes from James Comey that prosecutors say directly contradict his testimony to Congress.⁶
One note dated September 26, 2016 — just 19 days after the CIA sent Comey a memo about Hillary Clinton's plan to tie Trump to Russia — references the "Clinton Plan Intelligence."⁷
The CIA memo, sent to Comey on September 7, 2016, warned that U.S. intelligence had intercepted information about Clinton's campaign approving a scheme to "vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service."⁸
CIA Director John Brennan had personally briefed President Obama about this intelligence in early August 2016.⁹
Brennan's handwritten notes from that briefing show he told Obama, Biden, and Comey about Clinton's "alleged approval by Hillary Clinton on 26 July of a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisors to vilify Donald Trump."¹⁰
But when asked about this CIA referral during his September 2020 testimony, Comey said it didn't "ring any bells."¹¹
The handwritten notes found in the FBI's secret room prove Comey was briefed on the Clinton plan intelligence.
He knew about it.
He just lied to Congress about knowing.
Clinton campaign manufactured the Russia hoax to distract from email scandal
The newly uncovered documents paint a devastating picture of what really happened in 2016.
Hillary Clinton's campaign hired Fusion GPS and former British spy Christopher Steele to create the now-debunked dossier linking Trump to Russia.¹²
The CIA caught wind of Clinton's plan and warned the FBI about it before Comey launched Crossfire Hurricane.
Instead of investigating Clinton's dirty trick, Comey's FBI used the fabricated dossier to spy on Trump's campaign through FISA warrants.¹³
John Durham's investigation confirmed that FBI leadership knew from the start the Steele dossier was unreliable.¹⁴
The Justice Department Inspector General later found the FBI failed to inform the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court about the dossier's problems.¹⁵
Sources familiar with the classified annex to Durham's report say it shows U.S. intelligence had credible evidence the FBI would help spread Clinton's Russia collusion narrative before Crossfire Hurricane even launched.¹⁶
"Mere days after this intelligence was collected, the FBI launched Crossfire Hurricane," one source told Fox News. "It's really hard to see how Brennan, Clapper and Comey are going to be able to explain this away."¹⁷
Patel found the documents Comey tried to hide
Kash Patel told Joe Rogan in June that he discovered a room at FBI headquarters that James Comey "hid from the world" — a room "full of documents and computer hard drives that no one had ever seen or heard of."¹⁸
"Locked the key and hid access and just said, 'No one's ever gonna find this place,'" Patel explained.¹⁹
Patel's team has now turned those documents over to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, who has been demanding answers about the Russia investigation for years.²⁰
The FBI's preliminary investigation into the burn bag discovery is authorized to use grand jury subpoenas and polygraph examinations to find out who tried to destroy the evidence.²¹
Comey is already facing federal charges for lying to Congress about authorizing media leaks during the Russia investigation.
These newly discovered documents could add perjury charges related to his testimony about the Clinton Plan Intelligence.
Democrats coordinated with the FBI to destroy Trump
The burn bag scandal exposes the Russia collusion hoax as a conspiracy that reached the highest levels of government.
Hillary Clinton's campaign manufactured false allegations against Trump.
CIA Director John Brennan knew it was a dirty trick but briefed Obama about it anyway.
James Comey received an official CIA referral warning him about Clinton's plan, then launched an investigation into Trump based on that same manufactured narrative.
And when investigators started asking questions years later, someone tried to destroy the evidence by stuffing it into burn bags in a secret room.
The access logs show someone visited that room during Trump's inauguration weekend in January 2025 — likely making one last attempt to get rid of the documents before the new administration took over.²²
They failed.
Now those documents are being declassified and will be made public, exposing the full scope of the conspiracy to frame Donald Trump as a Russian agent.
FBI Director Patel told Just the News that "this FBI has worked day and night to open the books for the American people and bring much needed transparency to a weaponized institution that broke trust with the public."²³
"We have found several bags containing critical evidence on Russiagate and the Durham annex, and declassified them to show the truth about James Comey and other senior leaders' actions during the disgraceful Crossfire Hurricane scandal," Patel said. "The transparency will continue even more aggressively every time the corporate media baselessly criticizes us, showing you more and more receipts."²⁴
Comey is trying to dismiss his indictment by claiming Trump is targeting him for political reasons.
But the documents found in those burn bags tell a different story.
They show Comey knew about Clinton's plan to smear Trump with Russia conspiracy theories.
He knew the whole thing was a hoax from the beginning.
And he launched the investigation anyway — then tried to hide the evidence that proved it.
