Greg Gutfeld delivered one brutal message to Donald Trump and Elon Musk that they didn’t want to hear

Fox News host Greg Gutfeld usually backs President Donald Trump without question.

But this time he had some harsh words for the Commander-in-Chief.

And Greg Gutfeld delivered one brutal message to Donald Trump and Elon Musk that they didn’t want to hear.

Gutfeld tells Trump and Musk to knock it off

Fox News host Greg Gutfeld isn’t known for criticizing President Donald Trump.

The late-night comedian has been one of Trump’s biggest supporters in the media throughout his political career.

But Gutfeld had enough of the public feud between Trump and his Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) co-leader Elon Musk.

During an edition of The Five, Gutfeld delivered a stern message directly to both men.

"I think what you’re seeing is a battle between the purist and the pragmatist. I don’t like it. I want it to stop," Gutfeld said. "I want to tell them if they’re both watching, knock it off. We’re done with this."

The normally jovial host sounded like a parent scolding his children as he addressed the ongoing tensions between the President and the world’s richest man.

"This is an incredible moment for our country. It’s awake. It’s optimistic. It’s on board with the golden age," Gutfeld continued. "Don’t sabotage it with the self-inflicted feud."

The rift between Trump and Musk threatens the America First agenda

Reports have emerged about growing tensions between Trump and Musk over policy disagreements and competing visions for the administration.

Gutfeld warned that Democrats could benefit from the public dispute between two of the most powerful figures in the Republican movement.

"Don’t let the Dems get back up from the floor where they belong," Gutfeld stated.

He acknowledged that both men are incredibly successful but noted their different approaches to problem-solving.

"You got two really successful people, billionaires, and they both, I guess, have egos, but they also have different ways of seeing things," Gutfeld explained.

Despite his frustration with the feud, Gutfeld praised the transparency of the Trump administration compared to the Biden years.

"The great thing about this is we all see it. This is an incredibly transparent administration. This isn’t a bug in the system. This is the system," he said.

Gutfeld prefers transparency over Biden’s hidden presidency

The Fox News host drew a stark contrast between Trump’s open administration and Joe Biden’s presidency where the Commander-in-Chief was often kept away from public view.

"Would you take a forceful president and a billionaire publicly feuding in public over an invalid president who was kept hidden from the public, leaving the country without a leader?" Gutfeld asked. "I’ll take this any day."

Gutfeld said he appreciates knowing what’s happening in the Trump administration even if he doesn’t always like what he sees.

"At least I know what’s going on, and I can somewhat enjoy it, but I want them to stop," he added.

The comedian used a family analogy to describe his feelings about the Trump-Musk tensions.

"I’ve had it. It’s like, I don’t want to see my parents fighting," Gutfeld said. "I like Batman and Robin. I don’t like spy versus spy."

Adults are back in charge after four years of chaos

Gutfeld also addressed criticism of Trump’s early policy moves, including travel restrictions and deportation operations.

He described the opposition as "a collision between adult actions and childish ideals."

"After four years of children running the candy store, doling out benefits and cash to everybody," Gutfeld said, referring to the Biden administration’s policies.

He argued that Democrats "happily forfeited the adult role to be basically a global Santa Claus."

"The hysterics have gone without adult supervision for so long, and the muscle of deterrence have atrophied," Gutfeld explained. "They don’t know what it’s like. That’s a big bucket of ice water on their head."

The Fox News host said Trump’s policies represent "a course correction necessary" after years of mismanagement.

"But the travel bans, deportations, the criminal roundups, these are a course correction necessary after four years of children running the candy store," he stated.

Gutfeld concluded by emphasizing that responsible leadership was back in Washington.

"You could have protected the country. This wouldn’t have happened, but now the adults are in charge," he said.

Greg Gutfeld’s message to Trump and Musk shows even the President’s biggest supporters want him to focus on governing rather than feuding.
