Adam Schiff spent years leaking classified intelligence to destroy Donald Trump.
Now Tulsi Gabbard is about to show America what Schiff locked away in a secret vault – and wouldn't even let members of Congress see.
The document is coming out – and Schiff knows exactly what's in it.
Schiff's Secret and the Impeachment Nobody Vetted
The story starts in 2019, when CIA analyst Eric Ciaramella filed a whistleblower complaint against President Trump over a July 25 phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
It became the foundation of Democrats' first impeachment.
There was one problem: the form shouldn't have been accepted at all.
Whistleblower rules at the time required first-hand knowledge – Ciaramella had none.
His complaint was built on secondhand gossip about a phone call he didn't hear.
Then-Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson changed the rules specifically to make the complaint stick – and later admitted it.
The form also required the whistleblower to disclose any prior contact with Congress.
Ciaramella checked "no."
That was a lie.
He had already met with staff from Adam Schiff's office before filing, and when that fact surfaced, the form was quietly revised after the fact.
Schiff stood in front of the cameras and told the country "we have not spoken directly with the whistleblower."
The House voted to censure him for that lie in 2023.
The Transcript Schiff Buried Before Anyone Could Read It
The House Intelligence Committee held classified hearings in 2019 to examine Atkinson's role in all of this.
Those transcripts could have shown Americans exactly how the rules were rewritten, who coordinated with whom, and what Atkinson knew before accepting a complaint that never should have moved forward.
Schiff – as chairman – had the transcripts classified and locked inside a Capitol SCIF.
No Republican members of Congress could access them.
No oversight investigators.
Not the American public.
For years, the truth sat in a vault while Schiff kept insisting there was nothing to see.
The House Intelligence Committee voted this week to release the 2019 Atkinson transcripts.
And investigative reporter Paul Sperry now reports that Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard will soon declassify the top-secret document Schiff kept sealed from Congress entirely.
Gabbard Has Already Proven the Pattern – Now She's Going for the Source
This isn't Gabbard's first declassification that made Schiff look like a liar.
In July 2025, she released documents showing Obama-era intelligence officials had consistently assessed that Russia was "probably not trying to influence the election" – the opposite of what the American public was told for years.
That same month, FBI Director Kash Patel declassified FBI interview memos from a career Democratic Intel Committee staffer who testified under oath that Schiff called an all-staff meeting and directed his team to leak classified information to damage Trump and build a case for indictment.
The staffer described a dedicated computer in a back room where staff compiled intelligence summaries funneled to friendly media – a system, the staffer told investigators, that Schiff ran deliberately and that he personally believed was illegal.
Former CIA Director and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo confirmed in 2023 that he personally withheld information from the Intelligence Committee because he didn't trust Schiff with classified material.
"Adam Schiff lied to the American people, and during my time as CIA director and secretary of State, I know that he leaked classified information that had been provided to him," Pompeo said.
Ciaramella wasn't a random government employee troubled by a phone call.
He was the same CIA analyst who co-authored the disputed 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment claiming Russia interfered to elect Trump – the same assessment Gabbard's July 2025 disclosures shredded.
Schiff's staff met with Ciaramella before he filed the complaint.
Schiff then buried the one transcript that could have exposed how the impeachment was constructed from the start.
When that document comes out – and it's coming – Americans won't just learn that Trump was impeached on a fraudulent foundation.
They'll see that one senator from California spent years building the machine, running the machine, and hiding the evidence that the machine ever existed.
Adam Schiff didn't just lie to Congress.
He used the most powerful intelligence apparatus in the world as a personal weapon against a sitting president – and then locked the proof in a vault and dared anyone to find it.
Tulsi Gabbard found it.
Share this story. Every American deserves to know what was hidden from them – and who hid it.
