The Secret Service is supposed to protect our nation’s leaders with professionalism and discretion.
But what happened outside Barack Obama’s DC mansion has Americans shaking their heads in disbelief.
And these female Secret Service agents were caught on video brawling outside Obama’s residence in an incident that has Washington insiders questioning if the agency has lost its way.
A troubling incident involving two female Secret Service agents has raised serious questions about the agency’s standards and discipline under the new administration.
Video footage released Tuesday revealed a physical altercation between two female Secret Service Uniformed Division officers outside Barack Obama’s Washington, D.C. residence.Â
The fight, which occurred at approximately 2:30 a.m. last Wednesday, shows the agents engaged in a brawl near a vehicle.
This incident comes on the heels of audio released last week that captured the verbal exchange leading up to the physical confrontation.
“Get a supervisor immediately before I whoop this girl’s ass,” one agent was heard saying in the recording shared by Susan Crabtree of RealClearPolitics.

The newly released video footage confirms what many feared – that the verbal threat escalated into a physical altercation between the officers who were on duty protecting a former President of the United States.
Critics are questioning whether diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the Secret Service might be compromising the agency’s strict standards and professionalism.
This isn’t the first time the Secret Service has faced scrutiny over agent behavior. Last year, a female agent assigned to then-Vice President Kamala Harris’s detail was involved in a disturbing incident at Joint Base Andrews.
According to reports from RealClearPolitics, the agent, identified as Michelle Herczeg, began “acting aggressively, speaking gibberish and shouting incoherently” at fellow agents. The situation deteriorated when Herczeg reportedly threw menstrual pads at another agent before physically assaulting her superior.
“Herczeg then chest-bumped and shoved her superior, then tackled him and punched him,” RealClearPolitics reported. “The agents involved in restraining Herczeg were especially concerned because she still had her gun in the holster. They wrestled her to the ground, took the gun from her, cuffed her, and then removed her from the terminal.”
The Secret Service has faced ongoing issues with agent misconduct for years, including incidents of excessive drinking and unprofessional behavior.
President Trump has taken steps to address these problems by appointing Sean Curran as the new Secret Service Director. Curran gained national recognition as one of the agents who heroically surrounded Trump during the Butler assassination attempt.
According to reports, Curran wasted no time in addressing leadership issues within the agency. Susan Crabtree of RealClearPolitics reported earlier this year that “On incoming Secret Service Director Sean Curran’s first day in the new role, 5-10 senior leadership officials, including former Director Ron Rowe, were warned that they would either be fired, moved, or pressed into retirement.”
However, this latest incident suggests that problems persist within the ranks despite the change in leadership.
The Secret Service plays a crucial role in protecting current and former presidents and their families. These types of incidents raise legitimate concerns about the agency’s ability to fulfill its vital mission.
The White House has not issued any statement regarding the altercation outside Obama’s residence, nor has the Secret Service provided details about disciplinary actions taken against the officers involved.
As the story develops, Americans are left wondering whether the nation’s elite protective service is maintaining the high standards necessary for ensuring the safety of our current and former leaders.
