Fox News poll shows Donald Trump leading Kamala HarrisĀ
A spate of national and swing state polls over the course of August showed Kamala Harris surging to the lead over Trump.
The liberal media glowed Kamala up with hagiographic coverage that presented Kamala as an almost-religious like savior of the Democrat Party and America at large.
But as the Olympics came to a close, new polling data showed Harrisā bounce appearing to fade.
The Fox News poll was conducted from August 9 through 12 ā the newest poll.
And it showed Trump leading Harris and hitting the 50 percent threshold of voter support.

The poll showed Trump winning independents by eight and Hispanics by six.
August figured to be a tough month for RepublicansĀ
Pundits viewed August as the best month there could possibly be for Kamala Harrisā polling.
Harris benefited from the Democrat relief over not running an 81-year-old mentally enfeebled incumbent as their candidate.
Support for third-party candidates evaporated as Biden skeptical Democrats came home.
The media bias to craft a new Kamala Harris persona ā her seventh or ether different reintroduction to voters over the last four years ā featured reporters treating her like a rock star as she was the star of mega rallies where popular musical acts opened for her.
And the Democrat Convention that runs August 19 through 22 in Chicago will serve as a four-day infomercial for Kamala and likely provide another polling boost.
But Fox is a high-quality pollster that uses both a Democrat and Republican firm to conduct their surveys.
The Fox poll could be an outlier.
It could also be a sign that ā as Trumpās pollster Tony Fabrizio predicted ā Harris would experience a sugar high in the polls that would soon fade.
The bump Kamala got upon entering the race could also eat into the bounce she could get coming out of the convention.
And the race could be resetting to its previous status quo with Trump holding a narrow lead by Labor Day.
The next three weeks of polling will tell the story.
