Donald Trump lowered the boom on Letitia James with this epic takedown that will keep her up at night

New York Attorney General Letitia James was one of the Democrats who waged lawfare on Donald Trump after Joe Biden weaponized the justice system.

James tried to bankrupt Donald Trump in a sham civil fraud suit.

But Donald Trump just lowered the boom on Letitia James with this epic takedown that will keep her up at night.

Donald Trump’s landslide victory over Kamala Harris will go down as one of the greatest political comebacks of all time.

Trump survived two assassination attempts and the Democrats’ lawfare in his quest to become the 47th President of the United States.

New York Attorney General Letitia James is one of the Democrats who waged lawfare against Donald Trump on behalf of Joe Biden.

James campaigned in 2018 on a promise to use her power as Attorney General to take down Donald Trump.

And she made good on her promise when she filed a civil lawsuit against Donald Trump for allegedly inflating the values of his property in order to obtain a favorable loan from Deutsche Bank.

But this was a lie.

There was no fraud, as Donald Trump paid back all of his loans.

Even though Deutsche Bank testified that they made money on the loan, Democrat Judge Arthur Engoron handed James a $464 million judgment against Donald Trump and the Trump Organization.

After he defeated Joe Biden, Donald Trump’s attorneys requested that James drop her $486 million civil fraud judgment.

However, James rejected Trump’s request.

James said, “This Office will not stipulate to vacate the final judgment” against Trump and will not “seek to dismiss the action.”

But Donald Trump may be about to get the last laugh.

That’s because Letitia James is now facing questions about a real estate contract she executed a few weeks before she filed her lawsuit against Donald Trump in 2023.

According to documents, James and a relative purchased a home in Norfolk, Virginia, together in August of 2023.

They purchased the house for $240,000 and secured a mortgage of just under $220,000.

But in the legal filings she signed, a line reads “I HEREBY DECLARE that I intend to occupy this property as my principal residence.”

“If James never intended to make the Norfolk property her principal residence despite signing a document explicitly stating that intention, the declaration may constitute misrepresentation under federal fraud statutes,” White Collar Fraud reported. “This would be particularly problematic for someone who has prosecuted others for similar misrepresentations in property matters.”

James made a mistake.

If she told the truth and did make that her primary home, then she would be in violation of the New York Constitution.

Article XIII, Section 13(a) specifically requires the Attorney General to be “a resident of the state for five years immediately preceding election.”

But if James did not make that her primary home, then she committed fraud when she signed the document stating otherwise.

Either way, it seems like Letitia James is cooked.

And Donald Trump couldn’t be happier.

“Letitia James, a totally corrupt politician, should resign from her position as New York State Attorney General, IMMEDIATELY,” Trump wrote on Truth Social in a post where he shared a link to an article about the fraud.

“Everyone is trying to MAKE NEW YORK GREAT AGAIN, and it can never be done with this wacky crook in office,” Trump added.
