Fired CNN host Don Lemon hasn’t given up on his hatred for Donald Trump.
But Lemon wanting to make a point about Trump backfired big time.
And Don Lemon was in for the surprise of his life when he found out who was voting for Donald Trump.
Don Lemon’s trip to New Jersey ends in embarrassment
Don Lemon traveled to the Atlantic City boardwalk in deep blue New Jersey to conduct his version of “man on the street” interviews to ask who beachgoers were supporting in the 2024 election.
And Lemon – a big time Trump hating liberal – found out that every person he talked to was voting for Donald Trump or refused to support Kamala Harris.

Two of the interviews were telling because they lined up with polls showing Trump has the lead over Harris on the issues voters say are most important to them.
Donald Trump’s advantage on the issues
One man told Lemon that he prospered more under Trump.
“Four years ago, it was a lot better. I made a lot more money than I do now,” the man said.
Lemon tried to fact-check him.
“I know you feel that way, but that’s not what the record actually shows. The economy is actually better under Biden,” Lemon falsely claimed.
The man burst out laughing as inflation made the economy worse for many working Americans.
“No, I’m serious, that’s what the facts show,” Lemon stated.
“Do you watch CNN?” the man asked.
“No, no, it’s not because I watch CNN,” Lemon grumbled.
Another man told Lemon he was supporting Trump because of the millions of illegal aliens Kamala Harris helped to smuggle into the country in her capacity as border czar.
“I support Trump. All the people that came into this country legally, it’s not fair that they’re letting all 10,000 to 15,000 people or 20,000 people a year in illegally. Have you seen San Diego? They’re coming off the boats, off the water right here, off the ocean. Did you know Biden was flying them in? Did you know Biden was flying them in? You didn’t know that?” the man told Lemon.
A new CBS/YouGov poll found Trump and Kamala Harris tied at 50 percent in the battlegrounds.
But this poll also showed the three most important issues to voters were the economy, inflation and immigration.
In the 2016 and 2020 elections, pollsters underestimated Trump’s support, specifically among white working-class voters.
Don Lemon traveling to a blue enclave and being unable to find a single person willing to commit to voting for Kamala Harris suggests the pollsters could be making the same mistake all over again in 2024.
