Disney spent years lecturing Americans about diversity and inclusion while pushing radical leftist content on children.
Conservatives warned the whole operation would eventually collapse under its own weight.
And Disney just exposed the truth about woke corporations with one devastating document.
Disney scrubs DEI from financial reports after years of pushing radical agenda
Disney just wiped "diversity," "equity," "inclusion," and "DEI" completely out of its 2025 annual business report.
Every single reference — gone.
The company filed the report with the Securities and Exchange Commission without mentioning these terms once, the first time that's happened since 2019.
Disney's 2024 report featured an entire section dedicated to DEI initiatives, boasting about the company's commitment to "build and sustain teams that reflect the life experiences of our audiences" and "employ and support a diverse array of voices."¹

All of that vanished from the 2025 filing.
The company also overhauled its recent "Global Belonging Week" employee event, carefully avoiding the words "diversity," "equity," or "DEI" while only referencing "belonging" and "inclusion."²
Earlier this year, Disney terminated its controversial "Reimagine Tomorrow" program and "The Disney Look" appearance guidelines following investor pressure and a federal civil rights complaint.
America First Legal, the conservative nonprofit founded by current White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller, filed the complaint alleging Disney's DEI policies violated federal civil rights law by discriminating based on race, sex, religion, and national origin.
That "Reimagine Tomorrow" website Disney used to brag about?
It redirects now to some bland corporate page where all the radical stuff got scrubbed.
Disney's not alone in this scramble.
Gravity Research tracked Fortune 100 companies and found DEI language dropped 72% in one year. The term "DEI" itself? Down 98%.³
Companies watched what happened to Disney and decided they didn't want any part of it.

Executive producer Latoya Raveneau stood up in a company meeting and admitted Disney leadership was "so welcoming to my not-at-all-secret gay agenda."⁴
"I was just, wherever I could, just basically adding queerness," Raveneau admitted. "No one would stop me, and no one was trying to stop me."⁵
Disney corporate president Karey Burke revealed during the same meeting that she wanted a minimum of 50% of characters to be LGBTQ+ and racial minorities.⁶
Conservative journalist Christopher Rufo obtained and published the explosive footage, sparking nationwide outrage among parents.
Disney diversity manager Vivian Ware also disclosed that the company eliminated all mentions of "ladies," "gentlemen," "boys," and "girls" from theme parks to accommodate children who don't identify with traditional gender roles.⁷
Now Disney is desperately trying to make that agenda disappear from public view as political winds shift.

Workplace strategist Mita Mallick told Business Insider that companies are abandoning "diversity" and "equity" terminology because they've become "politically charged."
That's corporate speak for "we got caught pushing radical politics and now we're in damage control mode."
Disney shareholders rejected an anti-DEI proposal in March, but the company clearly got the message that Americans are fed up with woke activism masquerading as entertainment.
Disney swapped out DEI language in executive compensation reviews for something called "Talent Strategy" — same agenda, different label.
They also buried those content warning disclaimers deeper in streaming menus where fewer people would see them.
The company's stock has been stuck near five-year lows while families ditched Disney over all the political activism.
Trump's victory sent a message corporate America couldn't ignore — voters rejected woke ideology decisively.

Bob Iger even admitted Disney screwed up. "Creators lost sight of what their number one objective needed to be," he said, acknowledging they put political messages ahead of entertainment.
Now Disney's frantically erasing years of DEI programs from official records, hoping everyone just forgets about it.
Conservatives were right all along about Disney's radical agenda — the company just admitted it by trying to memory-hole the entire operation.
