Borger claimed Dick Cheney’s image “Darth Vader” – one he earned by supporting the type of unconstitutional domestic spying Democrats used against Donald Trump – was no more.
“It is these people on the margins, and I think that Kamala Harris ought to talk about it a little bit because Dick Cheney was Darth Vader to the Democratic Party. That was his name,” Borger added.
