And Chief Justice John Roberts broke his silence on impeaching federal judges with one statement that Donald Trump will hate.
Donald Trump campaigned on a promise to round up and deport the tens of thousands of illegal aliens with criminal records that entered the country on Joe Biden’s watch.
Border czar Tom Homan launched Trump’s promised deportation program on Day One of the new administration.
Democrat Mayors and Governors have been undermining Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers by protecting dangerous and violent illegal aliens from deportation.
But activist federal judges are also abusing their power to stop Trump’s deportation program as well as many of his other initiatives.
Last weekend, Trump invoked the 1798 Alien Enemies Act in order to deport members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua (TdA).
However, Obama-appointed District Judge James Boasberg “ordered the Trump administration to immediately halt efforts to remove those Venezuelan migrants.”
“Any plane containing these folks that is going to take off or is in the air needs to be returned to the United States however that is accomplished,” Boasberg announced. “Make sure it’s complied with immediately.”
But Trump ignored the orders and allowed the deportation flights to land in El Salvador.
Today, the first 238 members of the Venezuelan criminal organization, Tren de Aragua, arrived in our country. They were immediately transferred to CECOT, the Terrorism Confinement Center, for a period of one year (renewable).

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told Fox News that the planes had already “left U.S. airspace.”
“The order, which had no lawful basis, was issued after terrorist [Tren de Aragua] aliens had already been removed from U.S. territory,” Leavitt said. “A single judge in a single city cannot direct the movements of an aircraft carrier full of foreign alien terrorists who were physically expelled from U.S. soil.”
On Tuesday, Trump said Boasberg “should be impeached” for usurping the will of the American people.
“This Radical Left Lunatic of a Judge, a troublemaker and agitator who was sadly appointed by Barack Hussein Obama, was not elected President – He didn’t WIN the popular VOTE (by a lot!), he didn’t WIN ALL SEVEN SWING STATES, he didn’t WIN 2,750 to 525 Counties, HE DIDN’T WIN ANYTHING,” Trump posted.
Trump noted that Americans elected him in large part due to his promise to secure the border and deport illegal aliens.
“I WON FOR MANY REASONS, IN AN OVERWHELMING MANDATE, BUT FIGHTING ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION MAY HAVE BEEN THE NUMBER ONE REASON FOR THIS HISTORIC VICTORY,” he said. “I’m just doing what the VOTERS wanted me to do,” he continued. “This judge, like many of the Crooked Judges’ [sic] I am forced to appear before, should be IMPEACHED!!!”
“WE DON’T WANT VICIOUS, VIOLENT, AND DEMENTED CRIMINALS, MANY OF THEM DERANGED MURDERERS, IN OUR COUNTRY,” he added. “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!”
Not long after Trump’s post, Chief Justice John Roberts issued a rare statement where he said calling for a judge’s impeachment over a ruling is not “appropriate.”
“For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision,” he wrote. “The normal appellate review process exists for that purpose.”
Of course, this is not the first time that George Bush-appointed John Roberts has stabbed Trump in the back.
John Roberts has been the deciding vote against conservatives multiple times in the past on issues ranging from ObamaCare’s constitutionality to religious freedom to abortion.
In 2017, he ruled against Trump’s decision to end DACA.
Trump blasted Roberts in 2017 and said, “We need new Justices on the Supreme Court.”
Roberts also rejected Donald Trump’s request for an emergency stay to postpone Democrat Judge Juan Merchan’s sentencing in the sham trial.
More than a dozen judges have been subject to impeachment proceedings in American history.
GOP Representative Brandon Gill filed articles of impeachment against Boasberg, but a conviction would be impossible since it requires 67 votes in the Senate.
