He doesn’t have time to deal with any obstruction from Democrats.

Homan vows to have any Democrat Governor or Mayor prosecuted who blocks deportations
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents are carrying out nationwide raids targeting illegal aliens who are charged with crimes in the United States and who are national security threats.
The Denver metro area is a hotbed for the Venezuelan prison gang Tren de Aragua.
An ICE raid in Aurora, Colorado, apartment complexes was supposed to net more than 100 Tren de Aragua members.
But the apartments were nearly empty when they showed up and ICE only made 30 arrests, but only was one a gang member.
Many Democrat Governors and Mayors have vowed to resist any efforts by the Trump administration to deport illegal aliens in their jurisdictions.
Border Czar Tom Homan warned that he would prosecute any Governor or Mayor who interfered with ICE’s operation during an appearance on Fox News.
“I think the American people, they gave President Trump a mandate,” Homan said. “It’s immigration, the border security, immigration enforcement’s number one, and we’re going to keep President Trump’s promise. I looked at the numbers this morning, ICE has already arrested just short of 12,000 people in this country, vast majority are criminals, public safety threats. That’s what we’re trying to do.”
The Border Czar said ICE would get the job done regardless of their cooperation.
“And for any Mayor or Governor who doesn’t want public safety threats removed from the communities, I find it hard to believe that,” Homan stated. “But we’re going to do it, with or without them. If they’re not going to help, get out of the way. But don’t cross that line. Do not impede our operations. Do not knowingly conceal or harbor illegal aliens because we will seek prosecution.”
The importance of prosecution was elevated after some of the worst illegal gang bangers were able to evade capture.
Left-wing groups and Democrat politicians are warning illegal aliens about raids
When ICE and other federal law enforcement agencies moved on the apartment complexes in Aurora, Colorado, they were also greeted by left-wing activists.
“Please remain silent!” a left-wing activist yelled in Spanish through a megaphone. “Don’t open the door.”
“You dumb a******! What the f*** is wrong with you? Get out of our community!” another left-wing activist shouted at ICE.
Homan said that ICE is taking violent criminals off the streets to make communities safer.
“We’re going to do what the President promised the American people,” Homan explained. “We’re going to make our communities safer by targeting those who are in the country illegally that have [a] criminal record or [are a] public safety threat. That’s what we’re doing.”
Democrats and their allies are willing to protect violent gangs like Tren de Aragua from getting deported.
Their priority is protecting illegal aliens while Americans get left holding the short end of the stick.
