Anna Paulina Luna Drops Bombshell That Will Have This Chinese Communist Billionaire Running for Cover

Jun 13, 2025

The Los Angeles riots weren’t spontaneous outbursts of anger.

They were carefully orchestrated chaos funded by shadowy figures with deep pockets.

And Anna Paulina Luna just dropped one bombshell that will have this Chinese Communist billionaire running for cover.

House Oversight prepares to hunt down billionaire puppet master

Representative Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) sent shockwaves through Washington, D.C. when she announced that House Oversight would issue formal document requests to tech billionaire Neville Singham.

The Florida Congresswoman didn’t mince words about what would happen if Singham tried to dodge congressional scrutiny.

Luna announced that "Thanks to the investigative work of @DataRepublican, House Oversight will issue a formal document request to Neville Singham regarding his funding of a communist group linked to the LA riots and the CCP. IF HE REFUSES TO APPEAR, HE WILL BE SUBPOENAED, AND IF HE IGNORES THAT HE WILL BE REFERRED TO THE DOJ FOR PROSECUTION."

Luna’s announcement came after investigative Twitter account @DataRepublican exposed the intricate web of funding behind what initially appeared to be grassroots protests against ICE enforcement in Los Angeles.

The riots that have rocked Los Angeles weren’t random acts of civil disobedience.

They were the product of a well-funded machine designed to undermine American law enforcement and border security.

The puppet master pulling the strings from Shanghai

Neville Roy Singham is an American businessman and social activist who founded Thoughtworks, an IT consulting company that he sold to a private equity firm for $785 million in 2017.

But Singham isn’t your typical tech mogul.

According to The New York Times, Singham has provided significant funding for media outlets, organizations and politicians around the world that promote pro-Chinese government propaganda.

The billionaire now operates from Shanghai, where he works closely with Chinese Communist Party officials.

After selling his company, he moved to China where he owns or co-owns a number of businesses based there. He started a consulting business with partners active in the Chinese Communist Party Propaganda apparatus in 2019.

Singham’s commitment to the Communist cause runs deeper than just business partnerships.

In July 2023, Singham "joined a Communist Party workshop" about international promotion of the Chinese Communist Party. According to his associates, Singham is an admirer of Maoism.

The communist network behind the LA chaos

The Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL) played a central role in organizing the Los Angeles riots.

The PSL spoke out in support of the mob rioting against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) over the weekend, posted to X to call for more action on Sunday and created signs that protesters were seen carrying.

But PSL isn’t funded by small-dollar donations from working-class Americans.

PSL founding member Ben Becker, along with former PSL candidates Karla Reyes and Yari Osorio, have held leading roles at Breakthrough BT Media Inc, a Singham-funded media organization pushing pro-CCP narratives, according to the Network Contagion Research Institute.

The connections between Singham and the riot organizers run through multiple organizations.

Singham is linked to PSL, the ANSWER Coalition, and the People’s Forum—all of which played a part in the LA riots.

These groups don’t hide their Communist sympathies.

The PSL has praised the late murderous dictator Mao Zedong for his communist revolution that established the modern Chinese communist regime. The group also denied the 1989 massacre of pro-democracy protesters by CCP troops at Tiananmen Square, as the Chinese government does.

Following the money trail leads straight to China

The funding web extends far beyond California’s borders.

Singham funded The People’s Forum, a US nonprofit group in New York City that has been associated with organizing the 2024 pro-Palestinian protests on university campuses.

His financial empire spans multiple shell organizations designed to hide the money trail.

The non-profits distributing the funding included the United Community Fund, Justice and Education Fund and People’s Support Foundation, have addresses at UPS store mailboxes in Illinois, Wisconsin and New York, and headed by Jodie Evans or former ThoughtWorks employees.

Evans isn’t just a random associate – she’s Singham’s wife and the founder of Code Pink.

Singham’s wife, Jodie Evans, founded CODEPINK. Her focus seems to be on telling us how China is not our enemy, with a book set to be published soon.

Even more concerning is the scope of Singham’s international influence operations.

In 2021, India’s Enforcement Directorate named Singham in a money laundering case, alleging that he was the source of ₹380 million ($5 million) given to Indian news site People’s Dispatch between 2018 and 2021, to promote a pro-Chinese narrative in the Indian media.

Luna leads the charge for government transparency

Luna’s announcement comes as she leads a new House Oversight Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets.

House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) announced the establishment of a task force titled the "Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets." The task force’s mission is to examine the declassification of materials in the public interest and will be led by Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.).

This isn’t Luna’s first rodeo when it comes to holding federal officials accountable.

On July 10, 2024, Luna brought forward a privileged resolution to have U.S. attorney general Merrick Garland found in inherent contempt of Congress. The resolution would have imposed a fine of $10,000 per day on Garland for defying a congressional subpoena.

Luna has shown she’s willing to use every tool at Congress’s disposal to get answers.

The Florida representative’s track record proves she won’t back down from powerful interests trying to evade congressional oversight.

The bigger picture reveals coordinated attack on America

The LA riots weren’t isolated incidents of civil unrest.

They were part of a coordinated campaign by foreign-funded Communist organizations to undermine American sovereignty and law enforcement.

PSL was the closest thing to a nationwide association that I could find for the prior weekend’s riots.

Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) connected the dots between foreign funding and domestic chaos.

"Is this war on ICE and America being funded by Neville Singham? Is it being funded by China?" Greene asked.

The involvement of government-funded nonprofits adds another layer of outrage to this story.

According to @DataRepublican, CHIRLA’s government grants surged from $12 million to $34 million within a year. Though the majority came from the State of California, records confirm the group also received approximately $450,000 in federal funds.

American taxpayers are inadvertently funding organizations that coordinate with Communist-backed groups to attack federal law enforcement.

What happens next could change everything

Luna’s investigation into Singham could expose the full scope of Chinese Communist influence operations on American soil – and the extent to which Americans themselves are paying for it.

If Singham refuses to cooperate with congressional oversight, he’ll face the full force of federal prosecution.

The billionaire who thought he could operate in the shadows while funding attacks on American law enforcement is about to discover that Congress won’t let foreign agents operate with impunity.

Luna’s investigation represents more than just accountability for one billionaire’s anti-American activities.

It’s a test of whether Congress will stand up to foreign influence operations designed to destabilize the United States from within.

The American people deserve to know the truth about who’s funding attacks on their border security and law enforcement.

Thanks to Anna Paulina Luna’s determination to get answers, they’re about to find out.
