And Andy Beshear crossed a red line with JD Vance’s family and the move he’s reportedly preparing next will make every Trump voter furious.
The Democrat Party is already searching for their next presidential candidate for 2028.
Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear has quietly started testing the waters for a potential run at the White House, according to a bombshell report from Politico.

What many Americans might not know is that this potential Democrat nominee once made horrifying comments suggesting Vice President JD Vance should have a family member raped.
Last August, during an appearance on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, Beshear shockingly suggested that Vice President Vance should have to “go through” the trauma of a family member being raped and impregnated to change his pro-life stance.
“JD Vance calls pregnancy resulting from rape inconvenient. Like inconvenience is traffic. Make him go through this,” Beshear said during the MSNBC interview. “I mean, someone being violated, someone being harmed and then telling them that they don’t have options after that. That fails any test of decency, of humanity.”
Vice President Vance didn’t hold back in his response, calling Beshear a “disgusting person” for the vile suggestion.
Instead of apologizing, Beshear doubled down, claiming that Vance was simply trying to deflect and make himself and President Donald Trump “the victims” in the situation.
Despite these horrific comments that should have ended his career, Beshear appears to be moving forward with preparations for a potential presidential run.
According to POLITICO, he’s been in talks with major donors, speaking at national events, and making appearances on various podcasts to build his national profile.

He’s even hired a former communications staffer from Kamala Harris’ failed 2024 campaign and launched The Andy Beshear Podcast to boost his visibility.
Some Democrat insiders see Beshear as a “dark horse” candidate who could surprise the field.
“He’s the kind of guy that is either going to bump along at two percent and never catch fire, or he’ll catch fire and you’ll say, ‘Where did this guy come from?'” said Pete Giangreco, a veteran of several Democratic presidential campaigns, speaking to POLITICO.
Giangreco added that Beshear’s background as “a former attorney general, he talks about ‘all God’s children,’ and you believe him, he’s the exact opposite of Donald Trump, so he’s an intriguing dark horse for a reason.”
Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey also praised Beshear, telling Politico that “Andy’s been able to break down political barriers and work across party lines with people… because he focuses on the issues that matter most to people,”
What these Democrats conveniently ignore is Beshear’s radical Left record in Kentucky and his disturbing comments about the Vice President’s family.
Beshear’s administration pushed through a controversial executive order in September banning “conversion therapy” for minors, while still allowing dangerous sex change procedures.
Even more alarming, Beshear released numerous criminals during the COVID-19 pandemic, with a shocking 70% of inmates he freed between April and August 2020 going on to commit crimes again, putting Kentucky communities at risk.
Beshear joins other rumored Democrat candidates for 2028, including California Governor Gavin Newsom, Maryland Governor Wes Moore, and former Biden Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo.
Meanwhile, Democrats as a whole are struggling to connect with voters. According to CNN polling, 52% of Democrat-aligned adults believe the party is heading in the wrong direction.
It’s no wonder why, when potential presidential candidates like Beshear think it’s acceptable to suggest that a political opponent’s family member should be sexually assaulted.
