President Donald Trump just accomplished what many thought impossible.
All remaining Israeli hostages walked free from Gaza captivity today in a final breakthrough that closes the book on over two years of terror.
And this historic achievement comes on the heels of earlier releases where grateful hostages gave Trump credit for bringing them home alive.
Trump’s peace through strength delivers complete victory
The last group of Israeli hostages crossed from Gaza into freedom today, marking the end of the most successful hostage recovery operation in modern history.
This final release completes a process that began when President Trump returned to office with a clear mandate to bring Americans and allies home.
Earlier in the year, American-Israeli Sagui Dekel-Chen was among those freed in previous exchanges orchestrated by Trump’s team.
The emotional moment when Dekel-Chen thanked the President directly showed the human impact of Trump’s diplomatic breakthrough.
"I got my life back, thanks to you and your staff," Dekel-Chen told President Trump after his release. "I came back here, met my baby girl when she was already 14 months old, and now, life is full."
Those words captured what Trump’s "peace through strength" approach accomplished where others failed.
Today’s final release means every Israeli taken captive during the October 7, 2023 Hamas massacre has now returned home.
Israeli leaders praise Trump’s complete Middle East transformation
When President Trump addressed the Israeli Knesset today following the final hostage release, the response was thunderous.
Standing ovations, chants, and emotional applause greeted the President who delivered what previous administrations couldn’t accomplish.
"Generations from now, this will be remembered as the moment that everything began to change and change very much for the better," Trump declared to Israel’s parliament. "Like the USA right now, it will be the golden age of Israel and the golden age of the Middle East."
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu personally thanked Trump for his "peace through strength" approach that brought every last hostage home.
Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations Danny Danon struggled to contain his emotions during television interviews.
"The entire Jewish community and supporters of Israel have been waiting for what we are seeing today," Danon said, beginning his remarks with a prayer of thanksgiving.
Isn’t it time to focus on America now
The timing of this complete breakthrough couldn’t be more crucial to the success of his presidency.
Trump’s base has increasingly voiced criticism for the unfettered hand Netanyahu has enjoyed in Gaza as tens of thousands of innocent civilians have been slaughtered in the reprisal operations since October 7.
And those voices have been making it crystal clear they are tired of America jumping whenever foreign governments demand US taxpayers ship hundreds of billions of dollars to them overseas annually.
Sagui Dekel-Chen gets to watch his daughter grow up because President Trump refused to accept that American citizens should remain in terrorist hands.
That’s a great thing.
That little girl will grow up knowing her father came home.
Every family that got their loved ones back received that gift.
Now it’s time to show clear-eyed American strength in actually making America great again.
The complete success of Trump’s presidency and legacy could depend on it.
