Joe Biden is in his final weeks as President.
But there is still plenty of damage Joe Biden can do to Americans in that remaining time.
And Alina Habba warned Americans that Joe Biden has one last dirty trick left up his sleeve.
Alina Habba slams Biden for trying to stop the border wall
Among Joe Biden’s first acts in office was stopping construction of the border wall.
That was an early signal to millions around the world that the border was open and now was the time to migrate to America.
More than 10,000,000 illegal aliens took Biden up on his invitation and strolled into the United States.
Donald Trump won a decisive victory over Kamala Harris because the American people wanted a return to the secure border and tough illegal immigration policies of the Trump years.
That included restarting construction on the border wall.
Joe Biden tried to throw sand in those gears by auctioning off materials used to build the border wall.
Alina Habba told Fox News host Jason Chaffetz that thanks to efforts from Donald Trump’s legal team and red state attorneys general, a federal judge stepped in to halt Biden from selling off border wall materials.
Habba expressed disbelief that an American President could actually work against the interests of the nation.
“We’ve seen [Biden] selling off the border wall. We had to step in, and thank God the courts did, to prevent him from doing that. Red states are stepping up and putting America First Trump policies ahead of us coming in and protecting the incoming administration,” Habba stated. “It’s just not fathomable to me that President Biden would want to be so destructive in his last few days.”
“We have been actively working to prevent that from happening,” Habba added.
Donald Trump’s role
In a post on Truth Social, Donald Trump told the American people that the Judge’s ruling halting the border wall material auction wasn’t just a win for him.
This was a victory for the entire country as soon enough America would see policies put into place that end Joe Biden’s open borders agenda.
“In a major, crucial WIN for America, and our National Security, a Federal Judge in Texas, based on papers we filed just a few days ago, has PROHIBITED the Biden Administration from selling any materials designated for the Border Wall, that has been wrecked by Biden and his cronies, and which I am going to rebuild in order to protect our Country from violent migrant crime, fentanyl smuggling, sex trafficking, terror attacks, and other heinous, Nation ending disasters,” Trump began.
“The Judge has also ordered an investigation into the illegal selling of the materials, which will expose just how corrupt and anti-American Radical Democrats are. I am honored to be joined in this vital case by the Great States of Texas and Missouri, and applaud Judge Drew Tipton for doing the right thing for our Country. We have to protect our Borders, and Save America. MAGA!,” Trump continued.
