Former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and her husband have become infamous for their history of well-timed stock trades.
A social media account named Nancy Pelosi Stock Tracker has gained more than one million followers on X by listing the trading activities of Pelosi and her husband from their government filings.
Pelosi, a career politician, has seen her net worth balloon to more than $240 million from her husband playing the stock market.
Counselor to the President Alina Habba had a warning for Pelosi during an appearance on Fox News Channel’s Jesse Watters Primetime.
“I mean, the only people that should be losing sleep right now are the Democrat Party,” Habba said. “It’s the Nancy Pelosi’s who we’re looking at. It’s the Liz Cheney’s, you know, Pocahontas.”
Habba hinted that an investigation was underway into Pelosi and others.
“We’re looking at all that stuff, and we’re gonna find out why you’re so rich on government money,” Habba stated. “There’s just so much to go into. I can’t even, I don’t even know where to start.”
Habba says that justice is coming
Host Jesse Watters noted the growing scandal involving former President Joe Biden’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) doling out grants to green energy groups controlled by Democrat donors and insiders.
“You see a lot of this money going out the door, and it’s very sketchy. And it always ends up in the hands of Democrats, who happen to know Democrats, who are handing out the money. This has to be looked into,” Watters said. “Is the Department of Justice looking into this very severely?”
Habba said that she wouldn’t speak for Attorney General Pam Bondi, but offered her thoughts as part of the administration.
“Pam Bondi is amazing. I saw Cash and Pam today for a swearing-in ceremony. Listen, these people work so hard,” Habba said.
She pointed out that only the tip of the iceberg has been uncovered with corrupt spending like Biden’s EPA and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
“There is so much information that we are finding out and revealing that they’re all working around the clock just to make sure we bring justice to the people that appropriately need to be brought to justice,” Habba explained.
Habba assured Watters that FBI director Kash Patel and Bondi will be on the case.
“Those are people that we’re stealing from the American people, that we’re hiding it through NGOs, that we’re hiding it through funds, through operas in Colombia, and condoms to Gaza, and all of that. Those people need to be held accountable,” Habba added. “That’s how you deter them from the future, and I can assure you that Cash and Pam will make sure of that.”
