Joe Biden admits indictments against Donald Trump were political
Now that the election is over, Democrats and the media don’t have any incentive to lie about what went on during Joe Biden’s time in office.
A bombshell Washington Post story revealed Joe Biden spilling his guts about his biggest regrets from his time in office.
Biden absurdly claimed he would have beaten Donald Trump, and he never should have dropped out of the Presidential race.
But that wasn’t even the real takeaway from the piece.
Biden told associates he made a mistake picking Merrick Garland as his Attorney General.
Joe Biden’s big complaint with Merrick Garland was the fact that Garland didn’t indict Donald Trump quickly enough, which prevented the planned show trial and inevitable sham conviction from keeping Trump out of the 2024 election.
“In private, Biden has also said he should have picked someone other than Merrick Garland as attorney general, complaining about the Justice Department’s slowness under Garland in prosecuting Trump, and its aggressiveness in prosecuting Biden’s son Hunter, according to people familiar with his comments,” the Post reported.
It was quite something that after the media spent years claiming there was no evidence that the cases against Trump were politically motivated on order from Biden that Biden came out and admitted the indictments against Trump were a scheme to keep Biden in the White House.
Fox News host Rachel Campos Duffy asked incoming senior White House counselor Alina Habba about Biden’s stunning confession.
Habba was incredulous, saying Donald Trump faced four hoax criminal cases that carried a combined more than 700 years in prison sentences thanks to the lawfare that Joe Biden and Merrick Garland cooked up.
“Aww. He wasn’t tough enough, was it not tough enough? When we spent three and a half years with indictments, shams and hoaxes with cases, and the man had to go all night to go campaign while other people like Joe Biden were asleep on Rehoboth Beach,” Habba began.
But Habba said all this lawfare ended up backfiring because the American people didn’t need a confession from Joe Biden to tell all of these cases were political hit jobs.
“He had it rough! He had it so rough! But he came out on top because America saw what they did,” Habba added.
Habba told Campos Duffy that the only thing Merrick Garland should be ashamed of was weaponizing the Justice Department to meddle in an election.
“You know Merrick Garland. He should be ashamed of himself, what he did, sending DOJs into New York, into New York, going after my client, going after President Trump and going after America. Rachel, that’s the truth,” Habba continued.
Politicizing the Justice Department as a campaign tactic represented the actual attack on democracy in this election.
Habba slammed Biden and Garland for their un-American assault on the fundamental underpinnings of what separates America from the rest of the world as a stain on Biden and Garland’s legacy that will never get removed.
“It wasn’t just about President Trump. It was about our Constitution. It was about the foundation of this country. And they wanted to turn us into a third world country, into a banana republic. And they failed,” Habba added.
