Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is desperate for power.

So desperate in fact she’ll gladly throw her own allies and supporters under the bus if it means making herself look better.

And Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez just stabbed her fellow woke extremists in the back with this major reversal on Israel.

It’s all about AOC

Immediately following the Hamas terrorist attacks against Israel, most every politician in Washington, D.C., came forward to condemn the terrorists.

That is, most every politician in Washington, D.C., except for woke extremist Democrats, like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), who were forced to attempt to toe the line between their typical anti-Semitic position that calls for Israel to be wiped off the map and the typical political talking points that are regurgitated by every ruling class elite after a terrorist attack.

As a result, Rep. Ocasio-Cortez and other woke extremists, like Rep. Ilhan Omar (R-MN), responded to the Palestinian terrorist attacks against Israel by reiterating their support for Palestine and calling for an immediate “ceasefire and de-escalation.”

“An immediate ceasefire and de-escalation is urgently needed to save lives,” AOC claimed.

“We need to call for deescalation and ceasefire,” Omar added. “I will keep advocating for peace and justice throughout the Middle East.”

Apparently, as far as woke extremists are concerned, the Israeli people are supposed to simply move on without retaliating against the terrorists or defending themselves by neutralizing the threat to their national security.

As expected, though, the woke extremists were overwhelmingly opposed by virtually every other American, including many of their fellow Democrats, who condemned their responses.

And being the political animal that she is, AOC couldn’t help but see an opportunity to stab her fellow woke extremists in the back and stand on their dead bodies to make herself look better.

Democrats’ “bigotry and callousness”

You see, after the woke extremist Congresswomen faced backlash for their anti-Semitic position, some of their allies decided to simply double down on their disgusting support of outright terrorism.

The New York Democrat Socialists of America – the extremist Party Rep. Ocasio-Cortez is actually a member of – and other woke extremists promoted a pro-Hamas rally in New York City.

The rally was advertised as a way to show “solidarity with the Palestinian people and their right to resist 75 years of occupation and apartheid,” but it turned far more in favor of Hamas’ attack on the Israeli people.

Worse yet, The Daily Caller reported that it’s “unclear whether the pro-Palestine rally was prompted by the terrorist group’s decision to invade southern and central Israel on Saturday and start the systematic massacre of hundreds of Israeli men, women and children.”

Nevertheless, with her own back against the wall amidst her anti-Semitic position, Rep. Ocasio-Cortez decided to dig herself out of the hole she dug by slamming the rally as anti-Semitic.

“It should not be hard to shut down hatred and antisemitism where we see it. That is a core tenet of solidarity,” AOC told Politico. “The bigotry and callousness expressed in Times Square on Sunday were unacceptable and harmful in this devastating moment. It also did not speak for the thousands of New Yorkers who are capable of rejecting both Hamas’ horrifying attacks against innocent civilians as well as the grave injustices and violence Palestinians face under occupation.”

Of course, it took AOC nearly 24 hours after the rally took place – not to mention the days her fellow woke extremists spent promoting it – for her staff to write a statement condemning the anti-Semitic event for her, but she did condemn it nonetheless.

And in doing so, she proved that she’ll gladly stab her fellow woke extremists in the back if it means scoring political points for herself.
