The Democrat Party just escalated a big fight with President Trump.
That turned out to be a bad idea.
And now a foreign Donald Trump ally just destroyed Democrats with this damning photograph.
Maryland Senator takes pictures with illegal alien gang member
Democrats are trying to subvert the American constitutional order by enlisting lowly district court judges to force President Trump to return illegal alien and MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia to America.
Garcia entered America illegally in 2011 and the administration deported him to his native El Salvador.
The issue is a 2019 order of withholding preventing his deportation to El Salvador after Garcia claimed a rival gang could torture him.
But Garcia is an El Salvadoran citizen in the custody of his country.
An Obama judge seized the power to claim an Article III judge could tell the Article II executive how to conduct foreign policy and ordered the administration to bring the MS-13 member back to the United States.
The administration sought an emergency stay of this lawless order in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Trump officials argued Garcia was an El Salvadoran citizen in the custody of the sovereign government of El Salvador and Garcia’s release was up to the country’s President, Nayib Bukele.
But RINO Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson rejected stay.
Wilkinson defended the idea that lower court judges essentially act as the President’s boss and can order him around.
“Further, it claims in essence that because it has rid itself of custody that there is nothing that can be done,” Wilkinson wrote. “This should be shocking not only to judges, but to the intuitive sense of liberty that Americans far removed from courthouses still hold dear.”
Democrats made Garcia this number one political cause as elected officials and the media claimed Bukele kept Garcia captive in torture camp.
Maryland Senator Chris Van Hollen flew down to El Salvador to fight for bringing a gang member and designated terrorist back to the United States.
Bukele then pulled on a move that made Democrats look ridiculous and boosted Trump’s legal arguments.
Bukele posted a picture to social media of Garcia meeting with Van Hollen, drinking margaritas and in good health while mocking the claims Garcia was held in a death camp.
“Kilmar Abrego Garcia, miraculously risen from the ‘death camps’ & ‘torture’, now sipping margaritas with Sen. Van Hollen in the tropical paradise of El Salvador!” Bukele wrote.
Bukele then said that since the questions about Garcia’s well being were answered, Garcia would remain in El Salvadoran custody.
“Now that he’s been confirmed healthy, he gets the honor of staying in El Salvador’s custody,” Bukele added.

This stunt by Van Hollen blew up on the Democrats in two ways.
First, it gave visual evidence of Democrats groveling before an illegal alien terrorist who stood accused of beating his wife in America.
Second, it showed that Bukele is detaining Garcia and is calling the shots.
Garcia’s lawyers argued the Trump administration is paying Bukele to detain Garcia and thus Bukele is really just a federal contractor.
Bukele blew up that claim.
