Cable news around Christmas is usually a dead time.
Congress is out of session, and there just isn’t much going on in the world of politics.
But now a CNN host went off the air after one chilling revelation.
CNN’s Abby Phillip’s show turned into a nightly circus where five left-wing guests flail about while conservative commentator Scott Jennings makes them look ridiculous with pithy quips and hilarious facial expressions.
On this night, however, Jennings got some backup from RINO New York Congressman Mike Lawler.
Lawler is one of the biggest warmongers in Congress and never saw a trillion-dollar spending bill he wouldn’t vote for.
But even Lawler could recognize corruption when he saw it.
The topic on this night’s show was the Biden family corruption that Republicans spent the last two years investigating.
Phillip claimed that despite all the evidence that the Biden Justice Department interfered in the criminal probe into Hunter Biden to cut off any inquiries that could lead to Joe Biden, there was no proof Biden enriched himself off Hunter Biden’s business schemes.
“I’m still waiting to see the proof of Joe Biden enriching himself. I take his brother and his son, perhaps,” Phillip stated.
Lawler jumped right in and detailed chapter-and-verse how money from companies in Communist China ended up in Joe Biden’s bank account via his family members.
“I’ll give you the direct line. A Chinese company transferred money to a shell company owned by Hunter and Jim Biden that then transferred money directly to Jim and Sarah Biden’s shell company that then transferred the money to Jim and Sarah’s personal account, who then immediately wrote a check for $40,000 to Joe Biden. So to say that there was no evidence is not true,” Lawler stated.
Phillip claimed that since Donald Trump didn’t prosecute Joe Biden when he was President there was no there there.
“Trump was president for four years. He wanted to charge Joe Biden. Why did the charges not come? And I think that still remains an open question. If there is something illegal happening here, there should be charges on the basis of what you’re saying, and there have not been,” Phillip stated.
Phillip ignored that IRS whistleblowers testified about how Justice Department officials – even in the Trump administration – protected Hunter Biden, and diverted the investigation away from problematic areas that could link to Joe Biden.
Lawler then dropped an elbow off the top rope reminding Phillip that Joe Biden just pardoned Hunter Biden for any crime committed in an 11-year period, making sure there would be no further investigations that could ensnare Joe Biden.
“Well, he just pardoned Hunter for an 11-year time period,” Lawler stated.
Jennings chimed in that Biden would pardon his brother Jim next.
“He just wiped the slate! Jim will be next,” Jennings exclaimed.
And with that, Phillip quickly threw it to a commercial.
“Hang on, guys,” Phillip concluded as the show went to break.
