Donald Trump’s return to the White House meant big changes for the country.
Even the British Royal Family has been affected.
And Prince Harry was blindsided when he got this surprising warning about Donald Trump.
Prince Harry urged to stay out of the spotlight after Donald Trump’s comments
Prince Harry’s free ride from the United States government looked like it was in jeopardy after President Donald Trump won the election.
Harry moved to California in 2020 with his wife, Meghan Markle, and has dealt with controversy over his visa application to be a permanent resident of the United States.
The Prince wrote in his 2023 memoir, Spare, that he used several different illegal drugs.
Illegal drug use is grounds to have Homeland Security reject an application to be a permanent resident of the United States.
Harry either lied on his application or told the truth and got special treatment from the Biden administration.
Trump hinted last year he could deport Harry if he lied.
But the President recently told the New York Post he would leave the Prince alone.
“I’ll leave him alone,” Trump said. “He’s got enough problems with his wife. She’s terrible.”
Royal expert Hilary Fordwich told Fox News that this was the perfect opportunity for Harry to try and rehabilitate his public image.
“Limiting public discussions regarding personal grievances would be advised to shift the narrative back onto their charitable endeavors,” Fordwich said. “Letting the work speak for itself could rebuild public trust.”
Trump could change his mind about Prince Harry
The President is known to be fond of the British Royal Family.
British photographer Helena Chard argued that Trump “won’t unnecessarily jeopardize” his good relations with King Charles III and the heir to the throne, Prince William.
Trump could change his mind about Harry, according to Chard.
“His stance is America first,” Chard stated. “He is strong on border control, immigration, and deportation. Despite his funny statement highlighting he won’t deport Harry, he could well have a change of heart if Harry is found guilty of lying on his visa documents. Prince Harry could be the perfect poster boy . . . however, Trump dislikes Meghan and deporting Meghan is not on the cards.”
Meghan attacked Trump before the 2016 Election in a tirade where she called him “misogynistic.”
Trump called Meghan “nasty” before a trip to the United Kingdom in 2019 during his first term in office.
Meghan missed the meeting Trump had with the Royals on his trip.
Chard believed there is a good reason that Trump and others have criticized Harry and Meghan.
“People don’t take too kindly to Harry and Meghan throwing their family to the wolves, upsetting the late great Queen Elizabeth II and humiliating the Royal Family,” Chard explained.
“Trump speaks highly and values our monarchy,” Chard stated. “For this reason, he is giving poor hoodwinked Harry a right to stay in the U.S. Prince Harry is a small fry for Trump to bother with. He has more important issues to deal with.”
Fordwich argued that Trump said what most people are thinking about Harry and Meghan.
“President Trump succinctly managed to sum up what most Americans probably think,” Fordwich said.
Prince Harry needs to watch his behavior or he could get a one-way ticket out of the country.
