Liz Cheney spent the last four years trying to destroy Donald Trump.
But now the tables have turned.
And Donald Trump warned Liz Cheney this smoking gun could send her to prison.
Bombshell report recommends criminal charges for Liz Cheney
The House Administration Oversight Subcommittee released a bombshell report recommending criminal prosecution for Liz Cheney.
Cheney went behind the back of January 6th Committee witness Cassidy Hutchinsonās lawyer ā a move that violates the professional code of ethics for a licensed attorney like Liz Cheney ā to arrange the ultimately false testimony Hutchinson delivered.
Hutchinson falsely testified that Donald Trump tried to attack his Secret Service driver and seize control of his vehicle to force his detail to take him to the Capitol on January 6.
The House Administration Oversight Subcommitteeās report explained that Cheney working with Hutchinson to produce this false testimony met the standard for witness tampering criminal charges.
āThis secret communication with a witness is improper and likely violates 18 U.S.C. 1512. Such action is outside the due functioning of the legislative process and therefore not protected by the Speech and Debate clause,ā the report read.
In a post on Truth Social, Donald Trump applauded House Administration Oversight Subcommittee Chairman Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) and declared that Cheney should be in big trouble because of these explosive revelations.
āLiz Cheney could be in a lot of trouble based on the evidence obtained by the subcommittee, which states that ānumerous federal laws were likely broken by Liz Cheney, and these violations should be investigated by the FBI.ā Thank you to Congressman Barry Loudermilk on a job well done,ā Trump wrote.
The January 6th Committeeās deceitĀ
Ben Williamson, one of former Trump Chief of Staff Mark Meadowsā aides posted on X how Cheney and the January 6th Committee caused him to suffer legal harassment at the hands of the FBI after Cheney tried to frame him for the crime of witness tampering.
Williamson recounted a conversation he had with Hutchinson before her testimony where Hutchinson complained that Meadows ā her former boss in the White House ā would think she was disloyal for testifying.
Williamson wrote that he cut Hutchinson off and told her that Meadows would never think that and all he expected her to do was tell the truth and do the right thing.
āNo one will think youāre disloyal just for following a subpoena. And Mark would never, ever ask you to do anything other than the right thing and tell the truth. He wouldnāt think youāre disloyal,ā Williamson recalled saying.
Williamson then wrote how when Hutchinson testified Cheney displayed an edited version of his comments up on a big screen and claimed it was proof that Trump aides tried to intimidate Hutchinson out of testifying.
āMonths later, Cassidy appeared out of nowhere at her now infamous public J6 hearing, making completely outlandish claims untethered from reality ā many of which were rightly disputed or shot down within minutes. But you may also recall that after Cassidyās appearance, Liz Cheney put up a bizarre anonymous message on a big screen, allegedly received by Cassidy before her (aforementioned) private deposition. Cheney claimed it was evidence of āwitness intimidation,āā Williamson added.
āThe anonymous message Cheney displayed read, partly: āHe (Meadows) told me you have your deposition tomorrow. He knows you’re loyal, and you’re going to do the right thing when you go in for your deposition,āā Williamson continued.
Williamson said he faced hours of FBI questioning ā which drained him financially to pay for legal representation ā and the threat of criminal charges all because Liz Cheney deceptively edited his quote to fabricate a story about witness intimidation.
āIn the weeks and months that followed, I faced accusations of criminal exposure over it ā all over nonsense. Members like Dan Goldman publicly accused me of āwitness tampering.ā The FBI called me in for hours of questioning,ā Williamson recalled.
āMeanwhile, the J6 Committee never once followed up with me or my attorneys to ask me about this interaction before uncritically airing the dishonest version. It was all based on fabrications, yet the J6 Committee never even bothered to get the other side. Itās one of many reasons why none of their claims about President Trump, or frankly anyone else, should ever be believed,ā Williamson concluded.
I havenāt spoken much about the below incident publicly due to ongoing investigations ā but given the good work of todayās House Admin report on the J6 Committee and its revelations on possible āwitness tampering,ā Iād like to share a relevant episode involving anotherā¦

The January 6th Committeeās work has been completely discredited.
Chairman Loudermilkās investigation showed how the suppressed testimony, deleted records, and even fabricated quotes to frame Trump and his aides for criminal conduct.
Trump already said the Committee members belong in jail.
Will Cheney and other Committee members like Adam Schiff face criminal prosecution under the new administration?
