CNN likes to claim it’s the gold standard of cable news operations.
But CNN got caught red handed again spreading fake news.
And now CNN was forced to issue this brutal apology to Donald Trump.
CNN apologizes to Donald Trump and Laura Loomer
Kamala Harris’ allies knew her performance in the debate with Donald Trump didn’t land well with the voters.
That’s why after the debate ended, all the media wanted to talk about was Taylor Swift endorsing Kamala Harris and right wing activist Laura Loomer flying on Trump’s plane with him to the debate.
Laura Loomer has no role with the campaign.
Loomer is just a social media personality who is feverishly loyal to Donald Trump.
The media hates Loomer because she trolls them for their anti-Trump bias.
But Loomer also holds some outlandish beliefs, such as the false view that the 9/11 terror attacks were an inside job.
Kamala Harris’ allies in the media tried to smear Trump by attacking him over Loomer’s more out there views, as well as an inappropriate joke she made on social media about the White House smelling like curry if Kamala Harris won, to create a new fake scandal to distract the American people from the fact that during the debate Kamala Harris couldn’t say if the American people were better off today than they were four years ago.
Like so many of the stories of the Trump era, the real headline ended up being the reckless and shameful conduct of the media.
In a segment attacking Trump for his friendship with Loomer, CNN’s Anderson Cooper broadcast a clearly AI generated image designed to mock Loomer and Trump’s physical appearance.
Hey @andersoncooper
Why are you sending a female colleague of yours to apologize for your defamation?
If you do not issue a retraction in writing on X for showing fake and photoshopped pics of me and President Trump in an effort to spew a sick, misogynistic, and defamatory… https://t.co/UCTeFJURfh pic.twitter.com/uFbkfcMdfa

CNN’s Pamela Brown issued an on-air apology.
“Friday evening and on Saturday, CNN aired a number of segments that briefly showed an image of former President Donald Trump and Laura Loomer taken from social media,” Brown began.
“On review, this image had been digitally altered by a third party and should not have been included. We regret the error,” Brown added.
Loomer taunts Cooper
Loomer responded on X by calling Cooper a coward for having a woman go out and apologize on his behalf.
“Hey @andersoncooper,” Loomer began. “Why are you sending a female colleague of yours to apologize for your defamation?”
Loomer then demanded that Cooper issue a written retraction for showing a digitally altered photograph of her or else she would sue Cooper and CNN.
“If you do not issue a retraction in writing on X for showing fake and photoshopped pics of me and President Trump in an effort to spew a sick, misogynistic, and defamatory attack against me, I will sue you, the same way I’m going to sue @billmaher,” Loomer added.
“How much of a coward do you have to be to use fake pics to defame me and @realDonaldTrump and then not apologize yourself? Issue a retraction in writing and on air or else you’re getting sued,” Loomer concluded.
