Internet trolls spent months mocking Kai Trump as an untalented nepo baby who never earned a thing.
This week the golf business released the numbers that just proved every one of them wrong.
Those numbers just buried every insult critics have thrown at her since the day she signed with Miami.
Kai Trump Just Became The Highest Valued Female Golfer In The Country
The latest Golf NIL rankings are out and Kai Trump sits at number two overall.
Her valuation now stands at $2.25 million – trailing only Charlie Woods, and the highest of any female golfer in America.
That number did not come from nowhere.
It came from 9.2 million social media followers, a signed letter of intent with the University of Miami, and a roster of real corporate partners including TaylorMade Golf, Leaf Trading Cards, Greyson Clothiers, and EasyPost.
Kai also holds an equity stake in Accelerator Active Energy.
She just launched her own signature energy drink flavor through that partnership.
She is not just cashing appearance checks like a typical teenage influencer.
She is building actual ownership stakes like an investor.
The Same Coastal Media That Trashed Her Family Went After Her Too
The same press corps that spent years calling the Trump family corrupt, criminal, and a threat to the country turned its fire on an 18-year-old golfer.
When Kai received a sponsor's exemption to play in the LPGA's Annika event last November, the tabloid press piled on.
Atlanta Black Star quoted a critic calling her spot in the field a "DEI invite."
The same outlet quoted another commenter sneering that the sport is "rigged thanks to the trump family and repubs."
When Kai signed a new sponsorship with The Net Return this summer, the pile-on came right back.
AOL and RadarOnline reported critics branding her a "grifter" over the deal.
A separate outlet, LittleThings, quoted a commenter who said she comes from "a family of fraudsters and grifters."
That same commenter claimed she is "horrible" at golf and only landed the deal because of her grandfather.
Nicki Swift ran an entire piece calling her the "definition of a nepo baby" over a YouTube Q&A where she talked about loving golf and business.
Not exactly a crime.
Here is what none of those outlets want to print now – the market just settled it.
Even Her Harshest Critics Cant Escape The Numbers
Brands do not hand out seven figures in NIL value out of pity.
They hand it out because a 19-year-old built an audience bigger than most cable news shows and turned it into real commercial value.
Loyola University Chicago sport management director Noah Henderson said her popularity runs on partisan loyalty as much as golf talent.
Fans root for the last name as hard as they root for the swing.
That is not an insult.
That is the exact fuel driving her brand value through the roof, and it is the same conservative base the coastal press mocks her family for building.
The critics wanted a story about a spoiled kid riding her grandfather's coattails.
The market gave them a story about the second most valuable golfer, male or female, in America.
Kai has heard the noise herself and she is not backing down from it.
She told Logan Paul on his podcast that roughly 50 percent of the world dislikes her purely because of her last name.
She said she is hoping people eventually judge her on her own terms.
Rory McIlroy has actually played golf with her.
After watching her stick a shot from the rough during a round filmed for her YouTube channel, McIlroy told her flat out: "You're too good for this YouTube golf."
That is not a courtesy compliment from a stranger.
That is the current world number two validating her game to her face.
Miami's coaching staff already saw this coming.
Hurricanes coach Janice Olivencia said it plainly when Kai signed: "We view any potential exposure as positive for Miami golf."
She was not exaggerating.
Kai Trump tees off for the Hurricanes this fall carrying the biggest brand in women's amateur golf and a $2.25 million receipt that says the nepo baby crowd was wrong the whole time.
